HOW TO BUILD A HOME GYM FOR ANY BUDGET

Give the people what they want! I asked you guys to email me with the type of content you wanted to see, and here it is! I’m making my way through all of your requests and we are continuing on with how to build your own home gym.

Now, there are two ways to approach this...

1.) Some people go ALL OUT! They want a LITERAL gym in their garage or home. They want the best of the best, they want to be able to do it all. I'm going to be sharing pieces and brands that I use myself. Some of them are not cheap, but because it's the nature of my work, I need the best of the best equipment! You can't be training a client and then having things break on them or not work properly. I need all the equipment because this is my job. And for those that like to have all of the equipment, you'll like this list. 

2.) For those that just need the basics, just need a complete list of ESSENTIAL but EFFECTIVE items so you can do your home workout properly, I got you! No fluff, no fanciness, no extra things! I  have a section for you on building your home gym just with the essentials. It includes everything you need to get a good workout at home and it's budget friendly.

Squat Rack

I'm in a season of training right now where I don't need the squat rack as much, but I'm still glad I have it for when clients come to my home to train. You can do a lot of things with a squat rack, just don't go cheap. You don't need anything bending or breaking when you're alone, lifting heavy. 

I use the Profile® ONE Folding Squat Rack because I can move it out of the way, but I also recommend Rogue Fitness.
